It's a saying that " Who feel it, knows it" Visiting Dr Michael Blackwell office was very disappointed to me. Dr. Blackwell enter the examine room and remove the splint from the patient foot, and confirmed that the ankle is broken, and then stated that because of her age there's nothing he can do, and he said that the patient need to go and put some pressure on the facture ankle and walk, without any support for the ankle such as splint, cast, boot or even a pain medicine or any other advise such as therapy nothing at all. The patient fracture was only one and half week fresh. The staff member was very very rude, unprofessional when talking to them on the phone. I am going to keep this short. However I would not like anyone to experience this kind of service from Dr. Blackwell and his staff. I don't recommend any elderly patient to visit this office of Dr. Michael Blackwell. Please check your insurance company before visiting Dr. Michael Blackwell!!!!!!

A consultlation was conducted with Dr. Michael Blackwell. The inital consultation with Dr. Blackwell was noted to be unprofessional, as he answered a phone call upon entering the examination room. The assessment of the right foot was limited. involving only the removal of the splint. Dr. Blackwell confirmed a fractured fibula and indicated that no specific interventions were feasible, considering the patient's age. He advised the patient to bear weight on the foot without any support. Upon inquiry regarding supportive footwear, such as a boots, Dr. Blackwell stated that it was not recommended, no therapeutic measures were proposed to mitigate discomfort or stabilize the fractured foot. Despite the patient's report of significant pain and difficulty walking, given the recent injury and the patient's age. Dr. Blackwell scheduled a follow-up for 3 weeks later. Based on this experience, a recommendation for Dr. Michael Blackwell is not provided

I was turned down twice the 1st two visits they misconstrued my insurance I have dual complete. They left my reports at another office I have never visited. So the doctor got agitated with me and told me to go back to a previous doctor. When my PCP referred me to this one. I will not return here.

Dr Blackwell is very friendly and shows he cares about the patients! He did surgery on my thumb 3 years ago and did a great job. Now I need to see him for my fingers. Everyone in his office was also very professional. Thank you all!

He tries to find the best solution for whatever situation is bothering you for me. It was my left knee. He tried giving me shots for years till it came to the point where I needed the replacement and by that time the shots were not working any longer. So I accepted and he did an amazing job
